Natalie Mann

Senior Bid Writer
Director, People & Culture

Strategic writer and communications professional specialising in major deals, bids and presentations for clients in property and construction. Focused skills in tender strategy, writing, creative direction, production and presentation design, coaching and interactions.

Natalie brings passion and drive to large multidisciplinary bid teams and is responsible for leading tender teams and strategic projects through all phases and decision-making gateways.

Her unique expertise in team building and project management is bolstered by the her ability to establish culture and performance standards on challenging projects involving diverse stakeholder and leadership inputs.

With excellent people and bid management skills, Natalie supports leaders through strategy formulation, production planning and creative direction, resulting in exceptional and strategic bid media that speak directly to the end-client’s ‘need space’ and engagement levels.

As Director of People, Culture and Development within Roadmap, Natalie reports to the Board and holds responsibility for the business’: industry research and insight programs; internal training and mentorship; and management of key culture and performance markers both within the company and across client accounts.

With exceptional knowledge of sales conversations and deal lifecycles, Su is an expert in unpacking, mapping and defining strategic messaging for high-value executive, buyer and influencer audience groups in key markets.

Su holds over 25 years corporate and agency experience, including executive roles at major blue chips and sales consulting firms. Su has managed major agency accounts for institutional clients in banking, government, finance, transport, logistics, construction and energy markets.

Her knowledge and ability to deliver internal and external communications projects is second to none and she brings practical, hands on leadership to strategy development and implementation.

Her combined experience in sales leadership, change management, strategy consulting and creative services has enabled a wealth of successful strategic communications projects, throughout Asia, the Pacific, Australia and New Zealand.

She is a Director of the Tricycle Collective and leads communications strategy and client workshops at the outset of major bids and go-to-market initiatives.

Tim Grigg

Strategic Advisor
Consultant, Government Policy & Assessment Insight

Strategy consultant and policy advisor with extensive knowledge of public and private sector procurement. Provides project background analysis and insight to enhance awareness of policy drivers, assessment mechanics and key issues engendering tender processes and assessment.

Tim holds 15 years’ experience developing policy on behalf of government departments and ministers’ offices, as well as first-hand experience supporting both major project bid teams and state-side infrastructure teams through the commercial, transaction, assessment and delivery phases of major projects.

Tim brings a nuanced understanding of the workings of government as well as the myriad perspectives and challenges facing project and industry stakeholders. Excellent ability to bring key issues and solutions to the fore in complex procurement landscapes.

Tim has held management and advisory roles with major project authorities, tier one suppliers, leading infrastructure advisory firms and technical bid, procurement and communications businesses. He is currently a director of ATARIS, and a principal at Halehaven which provides project management, stakeholder support and commercial advisory services to the infrastructure sector.

Also oversees all matters relating to contracts for clients, partners, suppliers and staff.

Stephen McIntyre

Consultant, PPP, Services & Strategic Projects

A highly knowledgeable and proven project leader, with over 30 years’ experience in a range of organisations. Specialises in pursuing and delivering major contracts across the PPP, services, infrastructure, health and defence sectors. Provides executive strategy and oversight to major bids as well as client interfaces and leadership of technical, commercial and operational solutions.

Steve possesses wide reaching expertise and leadership experience spanning: PPPs and market-led proposals; commercialisation of research and development; origination and deal development; financial services and business/contract turnarounds; sales, marketing and conversion strategies; and negotiation, mobilisation and optimisation of operational environments for major facilities and multiregional property services contracts.

His knowledge of PPP operations is widely respected and underpinned by strategic foresight, relationship-based change management, team conditioning and hands on project and organisational leadership.
