This is our team of strategists, communicators and creatives. Building on a decade of successful pitch and proposal experience, Roadmap has grown into a second generation business that creates industry knowledge and captures the best project learnings to continually improve our performance and drive value for clients.
Natalie brings passion and drive to large multidisciplinary bid teams and is responsible for leading tender teams and strategic projects through all phases and decision-making gateways.
Her unique expertise in team building and project management is bolstered by the her ability to establish culture and performance standards on challenging projects involving diverse stakeholder and leadership inputs.
With excellent people and bid management skills, Natalie supports leaders through strategy formulation, production planning and creative direction, resulting in exceptional and strategic bid media that speak directly to the end-client’s ‘need space’ and engagement levels.
As Director of People, Culture and Development within Roadmap, Natalie reports to the Board and holds responsibility for the business’: industry research and insight programs; internal training and mentorship; and management of key culture and performance markers both within the company and across client accounts.
His industry leading ability makes complex concepts digestible and relevant for a broad audience, whilst maintaining veracity of evidence base and data.
Excellent team management, project leadership and technical skills, Jimi works across multidisciplinary teams to synthesise ideas and develop compelling key messaging fit for diverse audience groups.
Jimi’s experience and knowledge spans business, science, technology, communication and production and he is highly proficient in story, print, design, film, photography, digital, music and built-form media.
With excellent win credentials and knowledge of deal gateways, AB offers strategy translation, and all aspects of framing and positioning for end-clients and complex stakeholder groups.

Su holds over 25 years corporate and agency experience, including executive roles at major blue chips and sales consulting firms. Su has managed major agency accounts for institutional clients in banking, government, finance, transport, logistics, construction and energy markets.
Her knowledge and ability to deliver internal and external communications projects is second to none and she brings practical, hands on leadership to strategy development and implementation.
Her combined experience in sales leadership, change management, strategy consulting and creative services has enabled a wealth of successful strategic communications projects, throughout Asia, the Pacific, Australia and New Zealand.
She is a Director of the Tricycle Collective and leads communications strategy and client workshops at the outset of major bids and go-to-market initiatives.

Tim holds 15 years’ experience developing policy on behalf of government departments and ministers’ offices, as well as first-hand experience supporting both major project bid teams and state-side infrastructure teams through the commercial, transaction, assessment and delivery phases of major projects.
Tim brings a nuanced understanding of the workings of government as well as the myriad perspectives and challenges facing project and industry stakeholders. Excellent ability to bring key issues and solutions to the fore in complex procurement landscapes.
Tim has held management and advisory roles with major project authorities, tier one suppliers, leading infrastructure advisory firms and technical bid, procurement and communications businesses. He is currently a director of ATARIS, and a principal at Halehaven which provides project management, stakeholder support and commercial advisory services to the infrastructure sector.
A talented visual communicator with unique skills and ability to work alongside writers and strategists to plan and then realise creative visions. Rama injects creativity when engaging complex data.
Rama has a demonstrated ability to create functional visuals and designs and is a positive team members with a drive to produce outstanding design and visuals in a time and results-based environment.
As a talented visual communicator with technical skills in drawing and painting, Shenelle projects positivity and calm while delivering innovative design solutions in high pressure environments.
Shenelle is a flexible and responsive collaborator who works closely with clients, writers and strategists to understand and realise creative visions within budgetary and time constraints.
Manages talent matching, interviewing and onboarding of new staff and subcontractors. Responsible for HR advice and design of staff wellbeing, performance and incentivisation programs.
Carol holds over 25 years’ experience managing businesses and supports all QA processes relating to client services. Provides support functions to all senior team members and account managers, enabling smooth and seamless delivery of projects and administration. Also oversees all matters relating to contracts for clients, partners, suppliers and staff.
Peter manages and maintains the technologies supporting RMs business and project management systems. Responsible for workflow mapping and optimisation, continuous improvement and team training. Peter also manages Roadmap’s analysis of industry and project win-data.
Based primarily in the US, she provides independent shadow assessments of bids and overnight quality reviews prior to submission, enabling project teams to run 24/7 cycles during the final stages of major bids.
Her insights are underpinned by a deep understanding of assessment dynamics, client requirements and messaging strategies to improve conformance, evaluation criteria scoring and submission quality. Jacky also provides ongoing review and development of Roadmap’s internal talent and training frameworks.
With knowledge and skills gained over 10 years of major project experience, Sally has led bids for some of the largest contracts tendered in Australia.
She works collaboratively with clients, bid teams and specialists to develop proposal strategies and also implements team formation and training programs that promote high performance project environments.
Experience and knowledge gained from working within a wide cross section of commercial, bid and marketing teams. Has designed a unique training and performance model that analyses the capabilities of individual team members; implements adaptive and personalised training programs; and creates tailored reports that help project leaders monitor and enhance team effectiveness over the lifecycle of major proposals.
Sally is currently the director of Reazen which provides specialised bid services to all manner of contractors in the local and global defence industry.
Stuart is also a lead researcher for ATARIS which undertakes qualitative and quantitative research into assessment dynamics contrasting the perspectives and priorities of both bidders and buyers. As a senior research designer and facilitator, Stuart has worked in infrastructure, construction, banking, government, automotive, retail, FMCG, sport, tourism and pharmaceuticals.
Having held senior roles at leading research firms such as TNS, Nielsen Sports and Nunwood KMPG, Stuart is now the director of Silver Lining Insights and delivers innovative, objective research programs that illustrate an integrated understanding of industry, social and government objectives at a local, state and global level.
